چکیده
A digital-assisted photonic analog wideband radio-frequency multipath self-interference cancellation (SIC) and frequency downconversion method based on a dual-drive Mach–Zehnder modulator the recursive least square (RLS) algorithm is proposed demonstrated for in-band full-duplex systems. Besides reference direct-path (SI) signal, RLS used to construct another residual SI signal from direct path signals reflection paths. The can solve performance limitation in previously reported SIC methods of constructing using single which caused by limited dynamic range digital-to-analog converter when much stronger than sub-weak reflection-path signals. An experiment performed. When carrier 10 GHz depths about 26.7 26.1 dB are realized with baud rates 0.5 1 Gbaud. own closer power, corresponding 24.7 20.8 dB, respectively.

Radio self-interference cancellation by transmit beamforming, all-analog cancellation and blind digital tuning
Radio self-interference cancellation has been a technological challenge for more than a century while it is the most critical enabler for full-duplex radios. The eventual success of radio self-interference cancellation may well depend on not only improved hardware technology but also innovative signal processing schemes. In this paper, we present a few latest discoveries on such schemes. The fi...

This paper introduce Fractional Delay Filter (FD) into SelfInterference Cancellation based Full-Duplex communication system. The paper explains that an accurate delay of baseband signal in cancellation channel is very important for the performance of self-interference cancellation. It emphasise that a delay other than a phase alignment can extend the cancellation to wideband with reasonable per...
متن کاملPhotonic analog-to-digital converters.
This paper reviews over 30 years of work on photonic analog-to-digital converters. The review is limited to systems in which the input is a radio-frequency (RF) signal in the electronic domain and the output is a digital version of that signal also in the electronic domain, and thus the review excludes photonic systems directed towards digitizing images or optical communication signals. The sta...

280 INTRODUCTION Accurate collection and processing of electromagnetic information is critical to a wide variety of applications. Present day RF and microwave sensor systems must cover many frequency bands, detect and identify a large range of signal powers, and analyze the signal information on an ever-decreasing time scale. Simultaneously achieving these attributes typically requires multiple...
